The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Cool Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Management have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) caution them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are popular with young adults, but that young adults should also be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, a number of the e-liquids involved had no flavor; however, these were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These promises were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory criteria or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The business’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label especially stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports take in or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not chewing gum, and that the tastes were added following the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to become misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small children would not elect to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the manufacturing of e-liquids. Suppliers cannot use vague terminology or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a few which had an array of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was incorrect.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a fairly massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth of the disposable device was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients record for Puff Bar and found that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between this product and the other products was that product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece carefully on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Instantly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that has been not found during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My 2nd puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke cigarettes. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a slight pepper to taste. After the 3rd puff I experienced a nice and tangy taste with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, providing me each of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz from it.
